Customer Service Feedback

"I genuinely am not the type to regularly leave feedback online, in my mind, if I have parted with my money for an item, it's a fair exchange and I don't need to do anything more.
However, the service at Macrow and Son has been absolutely top tier, so much so that if I weren’t to leave feedback, I feel it would be an unfair exchange in Macrow's favour.
I ordered a Citizen watch for my uncle's birthday that needed special accommodations and Geoff in particular at Macrow and Son accommodated me in every way. Even after the sale was made and he could have left it there, he followed up still asking if there was anything more he could do to make the purchasing experience more satisfying. By the end, his aftercare was so thorough around my uncle's birthday that it almost felt like he was actually a part of the event haha.
I couldn't recommend this jeweller enough.
